1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of DreamOS and its website. By using DreamOS, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and personal use
You must be at least 16 and legally able to accept these Terms. DreamOS is licensed for personal, non-commercial use subject to Apple’s App Store terms.
3. Wellness product—not medical care
Sleep stages, biometrics, recovery probability, pattern notices, and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not delay professional care or make safety-critical, medication, or treatment decisions based on DreamOS. If symptoms persist or you experience excessive daytime sleepiness, breathing concerns, or other health issues, consult a licensed clinician.
4. Safe use of alarms and automation
You are responsible for verifying your wake time, volume, Focus settings, battery, device power, and system permissions. Do not rely on DreamOS as the sole alarm for safety-critical duties, travel, medical care, or emergencies. Automation remains subject to iOS scheduling and device conditions.
5. Apple Health and device permissions
You choose which Apple Health categories and system capabilities to permit. You represent that you are authorized to use the information on the device. DreamOS does not guarantee that any device, wearable, Health source, widget, Live Activity, or AlarmKit feature will always be available or accurate.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer where prohibited, resell, copy, or use DreamOS to violate law or another person’s rights. You may not attempt to bypass security or introduce harmful code.
7. Intellectual property
DreamOS, its design, software, content, graphics, and marks are owned by or licensed to NAWA Europe and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app as intended.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Apple platform rules and operating-system updates can affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DreamOS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, missed alarms, or decisions based on wellness estimates. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Termination
You may stop using DreamOS and uninstall it at any time. We may restrict use if you materially violate these Terms or create security or legal risk.
12. Changes and contact
